The hotel rooms are basic with limited amenities, although spacious and featuring a sitting area, dining table, huge bathroom, and balcony. The service was a mix of uncertainties but overall friendly and accommodating. The location offers easy access to downtown Carlsbad but comes with a few inconveniences. The dining experience seemed average with limited choices. Additionally, the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The breathtaking 180° view of the coastline from my room was simply amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spotlessly clean, and having a sound bar added a nice touch to the ambiance. The hotel staff were always available and helpful, making my experience truly enjoyable. However, it was a bit disappointing that the room was only cleaned once after we called, and the water and tea amenities were not restocked regularly. Special amenities for kids were lacking too.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were new and clean, and I appreciated being given the option of choosing a room that matched my preferences. However, there was a minor inconvenience of a missing 'Do not disturb' sign for the door. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff offering incredible service from the moment I pulled into the porte cochere. The location was great, providing easy access to downtown Carlsbad, although I encountered a small issue with the bathroom situation that slightly affected my overall impression.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to the beach and close to great dining options. The rooms are spotless and really comfy, plus the staff is incredibly friendly. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired with limited breakfast choices. The facilities, especially the pool area, are well-maintained and enjoyable. The price was fair, but I wish Wi-Fi was included instead of having to pay extra for it.
I had a bit of an adventure finding my way to my room through 3 towers, between buildings, over bridges, and up-and-down elevators, but once settled, I found a nice, big, and clean room that met my requests perfectly. The hotel is extremely clean, making me feel comfortable during my stay.
Upon arrival, my room wasn't ready, but that was understandable since I arrived early. The Heavenly beds were indeed comfortable, but I did notice some noise possibly from energetic kids returning from Legoland. The hotel itself seemed brand new and had a fresh ambiance to it.
